FAQ

Alliance questions

Short answers for companies, teams, and representatives exploring the Alliance.

What is Test?

Test is a corporate-only sports alliance where organizations participate as company teams in sports, games, and employee engagement events. Events can include cricket, badminton, football, tennis, volleyball, quiz, indoor games, and other corporate tournaments.

Is this for individual players or corporate organizations?

This is for corporate organizations. Players participate as part of their organization or company team. Player registration is submitted by authorized organization representatives through the Alliance Organization Login.

How can an organization be part of the Alliance?

Organizations are onboarded through an official representative process. After the Sports Manager, HR representative, or authorized sports contact confirms participation over official email, the Alliance team creates the organization, adds the confirmed representative, shares a participation update link, and then provides Organization Login credentials for managing My Players and event registrations.

How do organization representatives register players?

Authorized representatives use Organization Login on the Alliance page. They can save players activity-wise in My Players and submit participants for open events. Player details are submitted only for tournament registration, eligibility verification, event coordination, and organizer review.

What player details are collected during registration?

For event registration, representatives submit player name, employee ID, official email ID, and phone or WhatsApp number. These details are treated as private registration data and are not shown publicly.

What is the participation matrix?

The participation matrix helps the Alliance understand which organizations are interested or eligible for each sport or activity. For example, it can show which companies have cricket teams, badminton teams, football teams, quiz teams, or indoor game participants so organizers can plan sport-wise registration.

How does the participation matrix help organizers?

It gives organizers a clear organization-wise and activity-wise view of participation readiness. This helps identify which organizations can join a corporate cricket tournament, corporate badminton tournament, corporate football tournament, tennis event, quiz event, or indoor games event in Bhubaneswar and reduces repeated manual follow-ups.

Are player details shown on the public page?

No. Player registration details are submitted by authorized organization representatives and are used only for event coordination and organizer review. These details are not displayed publicly.

Where are Alliance events conducted?

Public event cards list approved venues and locations around Test when the Alliance Manager publishes them.

How are completed tournament results shown?

Completed event results can be published through the Wall of Champions. Public results may show the event name, champion, runner-up, result summary, and awards where available. Private player registration details are not included in public results.
